Over the past 15 years, we have provided shelter, meals, case management, homelessness prevention and stabilization services to nearly 1500 family members.

On average, 89% of families in our shelter program secure housing because of our intensive case management and community support.

We mobilize dedicated volunteers giving more than 10,000 hours annually who make a tremendous difference in families’ lives—and in their communities.
WORKING SMART
Our administrative costs are spread over both direct income and in-kind expenses, it is approximately 6% of the total budget. We do our best to keep up with the ever-growing need and keep our operating costs low by utilizing talented volunteers and interns.
LOCAL IMPACT
In 2022, formerly as Family Promise of Delaware County, we served a total of 16 families in need, a total of 54 individuals including 30 children where a third served were under the age of 5. We were able to increase the number of rooms available at the shelter for families to 6 which enabled us to increase the number of bed nights to 5,734. We provided over 420 hours of case management and we have over 300 volunteers supporting our mission. At 6 months post-transition from our shelter, all the families remain stably housed.​
